Three years ago, i made up my mind to improve my oral english,

'casuse i figured it's getting more and more important in my

career. During the past three years studying,now i can

communicate with native english speakers with ease...

i know there is still a long way to go.but anyway here are some

tips to improve your oral english that i would like to share with

you, hope it can do you a small favor .

1\ When you are home , whatever you are doing let your tv or

radio on the enlgish channels ,even you are not paying any

attention to them, but after doing this for three months,something

 will surprise you  ---- cause' you can understand the gist

of the show .

2\ Try to attend the english corners as much as possible,

this one works for the beginners a lot. Some people might say,

in the english corners we are repeating the same topics over

and over again, it's kinda wasting time doing that. but i don't

think so ,english is a language for us to communicate with people,

so you are suppposed to open your mouth to say something

out loud . if you don't have the guts to do that, and take it for

granted that i will be just speaking to myslef inside.it's never

gonna work this way.Don't be shy, or afraid to make any

mistakes...because this is the way we do it.

3\ Try to make some native speaker friends, there are lots of

chinese english learners ,they are able to communicate with

chinese people pretty well in english .But when they encounter

the native speakers, they get nervouse and can't express their

thoughts and ideas smoothly.

4\ When you are using your pc , don't spend too much time

chit-chatting or playing cyber games,try to hit some english

websites, such as yahoo.com ,the new york tiems.....

5\ Come here more and make friends with them , im sure they

willhelp you out specifically....
